Hello

Recieved a Helix antenna for my Ground station yesterday. Will use it together with a CL antenna with my Eagle Eyes Diversity.

I also installed Naza controller with Gps on my old Quad.

Also a quick pic of my Samsung Galaxy Tab running Andropilot to controll my APM 2.5 FC.

Updates

So since last time i have gotten a few more bits for the FY680 Hexa.

I have 6 HK30A ESC´s that i flashed with latest SimonK Firmware

 Flash cable

Small adapter i made to fit the pins on the Esc´s

Atm i am making my own Power Distibution Board using plastic and 1.5mm copperplate. Dont have to use as thick as 1.5mm but thats what i got home so.

Also as said before i am waiting for a Naza FC ( have the gps for it already ) . Meanwhile i am tinkering with a APM 25 i just recieved from RCTimer website. Chose normal shipping and i had it within a week :)

Everything soldered and tried to see so it all works and it did.

And I am also building a camera gimbal for my SOny Nex5N camera and for that i have some 16mm 3k carbon fibre tubes with clamps and also 1 and 1.5mm 3k carbon plates.

And yesterday I also recieved my GoPro Hero3 Black Edition in the mail. Heres a few pics of it compared to my GoPro Hero1 HD and also of the LCD back that fits the old and new GoPro.

And finally I got one of my Hubsan X4 Quads aswell. Going to do a few mods to it as explained on RCGroups to make it more rigid.

Compared to my GP3BE, Its tiny :)

More Toys

Got 3 packages today in the mail. One was the Tarot FY80 Foldable Hexa frame and the other two had a Naza GPS and a Simple Brushless Gimball Controller.

Below are a few pics of the content of the FY680 box from Foxtech.

I will use Tiger Motors 2814 710kv motors on this hexa together with F-30A esc´s flashed with SimonK. Will use 12x6 Graupner E-Propps for starters.

Going to build the gimball in a near future and try it out.

Have ordered some more Carbon Fibre tubes for the gimball build and also a APM 2.5 FC with GPS and 433Mhz radio for telemetry. Will use my Android Tablet to see telemetry and also for waypoints and so on using Andropilot.
